Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die übergeordnete Steuerung des gesamten Qualitätsmanagements der Unternehmensgruppe
- Sie steigern die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens durch die Erhöhung der Produkt- und Prozessqualität in allen Funktionsbereichen des Unternehmens und den Ausbau der Qualitätsführerschaft
- Sie etablieren einheitliche Qualitätsmanagement-Standards in der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe und stellen die wirksame Umsetzung dieser Maßnahmen sicher
- Sie führen Maßnahmen zur Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des QM-Systems durch
- Sie erarbeiten und setzen einen Blueprint für die ESG-Strategie des Unternehmens (Environmental Social Governance) um
- Sie beraten die Unternehmensleitung und Fachabteilungen bei allen Fragen rund um das Thema Nachhaltigkeit (Technologien, Produkte, Trends)

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben Berufserfahrung im genannten Aufgabengebiet, z.B. als Leiter:in Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in der Automobilbranche
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z.B. im Bereich Engineering, Qualitätsmanagement oder Supply Chain Management
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Leitung einer Projektmanagement Organisation (PMO)
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Qualitätsmanagement eines produzierenden Unternehmens und in der Umsetzung von ESG-Reportings
- Sie kommunizieren sicher in Deutsch und Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
