Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst die Methoden weiter, mit denen wir unsere Software bauen – und prägst damit direkt die Developer Experience des Teams
- Du konzipierst und baust smarte, nutzerfreundliche UIs für unsere Desktop- und Mobile-Apps mit Svelte, React, TypeScript und Capacitor in einem Micro-Frontend-Umfeld
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und Wartung unserer Backend-Services mit Java 17 und Spring Boot und sorgst dafür, dass alles stabil, performant und sicher läuft
- Du evaluierst kontinuierlich neue KI-Modelle und Tools, bringst deine Erkenntnisse ins Team ein und hilfst uns, immer einen Schritt voraus zu sein
- Du arbeitest eng mit Produktmanagement, UX-Design und Projektleitung zusammen und bringst deine Vision für KI-gestützte Lösungen aktiv ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung in React oder Svelte und TypeScript
- Du hast wünschenswerterweise Erfahrung mit Capacitor oder anderen nativen Apps, Responsive Design, Designsystemen oder Component Libraries, Design Tools (Figma, Sketch oder Adobe XD) und automatisierten Tests
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung mit Java – idealerweise in größeren oder verteilten Systemen
- Du hast Praxiserfahrung mit modernen KI-Entwicklungstools und hast bereits intensiv mit Werkzeugen wie Claude, Code AI, Cursor oder Windsurf gearbeitet
- Du bist ein:e sehr gute:r Entwickler:in, aber dein Antrieb ist es, durch den gezielten Einsatz von KI-Werkzeugen noch besser zu werden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
