Was erwartet dich?
- Aufbau eines KI-getriebenen, hocheffizienten Marketings: Du brennst für KI und hebst unsere Output-Produktivität auf ein neues Level – indem du alle zeitgemäßen Automations- und Analysemöglichkeiten konsequent ausschöpfst
- Strategischer Ausbau unserer HubSpot-basierten Marketing Automation inkl. Lead Scoring, Workflows und Kampagnenmanagement
- Konzeption, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Marketingkampagnen über alle relevanten Kanäle hinweg (Inbound/Outbound, insbesondere SEA und LinkedIn)
- Planung, Durchführung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von SEA-Kampagnen (v.a. Google Ads)
- Analyse und Reporting der Marketing-Performance mit Fokus auf ROI, Leadqualität und Funnel-Konversion
- Optimierung der Website und Landingpage Conversions sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales zur Generierung und Qualifizierung hochwertiger Leads

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein echtes Interesse an KI-Technologien und nutzt eigenständig kreative Wege, um KI sinnvoll in unser Marketing zu integrieren – zur Automatisierung von Prozessen, Optimierung von Kampagnen und Maximierung der Ergebnisse
- Erfahrung mit Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design (oder vergleichbar)
- Du hast Erfahrung und die Fähigkeit, KI-Technologien intensiv und innovativ in den Arbeitsalltag einzubinden, um Prozesse zu optimieren und Ergebnisse zu maximieren
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing (idealerweise SaaS) mit starkem Fokus auf Marketing Automation, Performance-Marketing und Content
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Agenturen, Freelancern und cross-funktionalen Teams

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
