Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst und optimierst die Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kund:innen
- Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen basierend auf den individuellen Anforderungen der Unternehmen
- Du konzipierst fachlich Geschäftsprozessabläufe und setzt diese systemseitig in Projekten um
- Du führst SAP Waste and Recycling oder SAP IS-U Lösungen in Kundenprojekten ein
- Du berätst strategisch zur optimalen Anpassung der Prozesse an die Kundenbedürfnisse und begleitest sowie gestaltest Prozessänderungen und Verbesserungen
- Du passt SAP-Lösungen durch Customizing an die Kundenanforderungen an und führst intensive Tests der entwickelten Lösungen zur Qualitätssicherung durch
- Du organisierst Kund:innenschulungen für den reibungslosen Übergang zu neuen Prozessen und betreust die implementierten Lösungen nach
- Du bist bereit, 30-40% zu reisen, um direkt mit Kund:innen vor Ort zusammenzuarbeiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Umweltmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Du arbeitest eigenständig und strukturiert in Projekten und bist bereit, die Rolle des Teilprojektleiters in größeren Beratungsprojekten zu übernehmen
- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit Kund:innen und kommunizierst klar und überzeugend auf allen Ebenen
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und in der Geschäftsprozessanalyse sowie gutes Zeitmanagement und Eigeninitiative
- Du hast sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse in den Modulen SAP IS-U, EDM, Gerätemanagement, PM, SD, MM, FI oder CO und Grundkenntnisse in ABAP sind von Vorteil
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office (Excel, Word) und kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
