Operative Weiterentwicklung der Fördermittelstrategie innerhalb der H2APEX Gruppe mit klarem Fokus auf Projekte im Energie- und Wasserstoffumfeld (insbesondere Investitionsförderungen im Rahmen Projektentwicklungen der H2APEX Energy sowie Forschungs- & Entwicklungsförderungen/-zulagen für verbundene Unternehmen)
Proaktive Identifikation und Einordnung förderpolitischer Entwicklungen sowie relevanter Förder- und Rahmenbedingungen
Systematische Analyse und Bewertung geeigneter Förderprogramme auf Landes-, Bundes- und EU-Ebene in enger Abstimmung mit relevanten Einheiten innerhalb der H2APEX-Gruppe (z.B. Projektentwicklung, verbundene Unternehmen, Wasserstoffvertrieb, Management)
Gesamtverantwortung für den Förderantragsprozess für Energie- und Wasserstoffprojekte – von der Förderfähigkeits- und Beihilfeprüfung über die inhaltliche Konzeption bis zur fristgerechten Einreichung mit dem Ziel eines positiven Förderbescheids und in enger Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen
Zentraler Ansprechpartner und Koordinator gegenüber Fördermittelgebern, Projektträgern und Behörden, einschließlich der vollständigen formalen und inhaltlichen Kommunikation bis zur Bewilligungsentscheidung
Prüfung der Antrags- und Förderfähigkeit von Energie- und Wasserstoffprojekten auf inhaltlicher, formaler und kaufmännischer Ebene sowie Begleitung wirtschaftlicher Bewertungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Fachabteilungen sowie weiteren Finanzierungsformen
Erstellung projektbezogener förderfähiger Konzepte, insbesondere zu Investitions-, Kosten- und Einsparstrukturen (CAPEX/OPEX) unter Berücksichtigung spezifischer energie- und wasserstoffbezogener bzw. der jeweiligen Förderlogiken
Anlassbezogene Unterstützung im Förderprojektcontrolling sowie Mitwirkung bei Zahlungsanforderungen, Zwischenberichten und Verwendungsnachweisen zu relevanten Förderbescheide
Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen im In- und europäischen Ausland (bis max. ca. 20%)

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches, juristisches oder wirtschaftsnahes Studium (z.?B. BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsrecht), Studium der Politikwissenschaften, Public Policy oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung in der Identifikation, Beantragung und Begleitung öffentlicher Fördermittel, wünschenswert im Energie-, Infrastruktur- oder Technologieumfeld
(Fundierte) Kenntnisse relevanter Förderprogramme auf Landes-, Bundes- und/oder EU-Ebene, wünschenswert im Kontext Energie, Wasserstoff, Dekarbonisierung und/oder Forschung & Entwicklung
Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Erstellung und Koordination von Fördermittelanträgen einschließlich Förderfähigkeits- und Beihilfeprüfung
Sicheres Verständnis kaufmännischer und finanzieller Zusammenhänge, insbesondere Kosten-, Investitions- und Finanzierungsstrukturen (CAPEX / OPEX)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, insbesondere für Anträge, Abstimmungen und Korrespondenz mit nationalen und internationalen Fördermittelgeber
Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Word und Excel
