- Du bist für den Ausbau der Potenziale mit Deinen Kund:innen verantwortlich und baust die Intensität der Geschäftsverbindung aus

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) und berätst im Rahmen des Beraterpasses III. Du verfügst über die Ausbildung zum Fachberater (m/w/d) für nachhaltige Investments oder bist bereit, diese zu absolvieren, und strebst eine stetige Weiterbildung an
- Du verfügst über Fachwissen und Erfahrung in der Beratung von Kund:innen und beherrschst aktuelle Fragestellungen im Wertpapiergeschäft. In allen Fragen der ganzheitlichen Kundenberatung und im Themengebiet Sustainable Finance bist Du gut informiert
- Du verfügst über betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Beratung von Kund:innen
- Du trittst gegenüber Kund:innen souverän, routiniert, kompetent und freundlich auf
- Du verbindest ein verbindliches, überzeugendes und kommunikatives Auftreten mit klarem und ausgeprägtem Fokus auf Ziele und Lösungen
- Du bist Teamplayer:in, und der gemeinsame Erfolg für unsere Kund:innen steht für Dich im Vordergrund. Du zeigst Dich mitverantwortlich für die Herausforderungen des Teams und engagierst Dich proaktiv für Lösungen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
