Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst selbstständig moderne Produktionsanlagen zur Verpackungsherstellung
- Du stellst die vorgegebenen Produktionsabläufe ein, überwachst und kontrollierst sie
- Du koordinierst die Produktionshelfer:innen an den Stanzmaschinen
- Du erkennst Fehler und beseitigst Störungen
- Du führst fortlaufende Qualitätskontrollen der Produkte nach Vorgaben durch
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für Ordnung, Sicherheit und Sauberkeit an den Stanzmaschinen

- Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) oder als Packmitteltechnologe (m/w/d)
- Du kannst als Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit jeglichem technischem oder handwerklichen Berufshintergrund jederzeit bei uns einsteigen
- Du bringst technisches Verständnis mit
- Du besitzt die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem (keine Arbeit an Wochenenden & Feiertagen)
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
