Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist Teil unseres Operations-Teams und mitverantwortlich für den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer rund 100 Linux (Ubuntu LTS) Server, wodurch du zum Fels in der Brandung unserer IT-Landschaft wirst
- Du sammelst wertvolle Praxiserfahrung bei der Betreuung unseres international verteilten Apache Cassandra Clusters und unseres Kubernetes Clusters auf Bare-Metal-Servern und unterstützt uns beim Management des Cloud-Backups
- Du sorgst dafür, dass im Office vom Netzwerk bis zur Hardware alles rund läuft, und bezwingst den Endgegner – unseren Drucker. Keine Sorge, wir leisten auch seelischen Beistand und feiern deine Heldentaten
- Du hast mit Tools wie Prometheus und Grafana unsere System-Metriken stets im Blick, hilfst dem Team, Engpässe frühzeitig zu erkennen und stellst sicher, dass wir bei Problemen proaktiv handeln können, bevor sie eskalieren
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für neue Teammitglieder, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Start, übernimmst das technische On- und Offboarding und stellst sicher, dass neue Teammitglieder vom ersten Tag an bestens ausgerüstet sind
- Du bestimmst maßgeblich mit, welche Fähigkeiten du während deiner Zeit bei uns ausbaust und in welchen Bereichen du Karriere machen möchtest, während wir für eine gründliche Einarbeitung sorgen und dir erfahrene Mentor:innen zur Seite stellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du begeisterst dich für den Betrieb von großen Serverlandschaften und bringst ein Studium, eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder private/berufliche Praxiserfahrung und Interesse in diesem Bereich mit
- Du hast bestenfalls schon Erfahrung im Bereich Linux, Systemadministration, Datenbanken u.ä. sammeln können
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte analytische Intelligenz und zeigst viel Ehrgeiz, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
