Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige kaufmännische und technische Betreuung deines festen WEG-Portfolios und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Eigentümer:innen und Beiräte.
- Du erstellst sorgfältig die Wirtschaftspläne sowie Jahresabrechnungen und führst souverän die dazugehörigen Belegprüfungen durch.
- Du planst und leitest die Eigentümerversammlungen – von der Vorbereitung über die Moderation bis hin zur konsequenten Umsetzung der gefassten Beschlüsse.
- Durch regelmäßige Objektbegehungen vor Ort stellst du die Instandhaltung sicher, steuerst externe Dienstleister und verhandelst die notwendigen Wartungs- und Serviceverträge.
- Du koordinierst die gesamte Korrespondenz mit externen Partnern wie Versicherungen, Behörden und Anwält:innen und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Immobilienbereich (z. B. als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder Immobilienfachwirt:in).
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der WEG-Verwaltung mit.
- Mit deiner serviceorientierten und kommunikativen Art bist du eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für Eigentümer:innen und Dienstleister.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Zahlen und hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung von WEG-Abrechnungen und Wirtschaftsplänen.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf C1-Niveau oder besser.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
