Produkt Marketing Manager für SaaS Produkte (d/w/m)
Was erwartet dich?
- Aktivierende Produkt-Kommunikation: Du arbeitest datenbasiert und verantwortest das Messaging, E-Mails und In-App Kommunikation rund um neue Features, Use Cases und Produkt-Highlights – abgestimmt auf verschiedene Segmente, Zielgruppen und Lifecycle-Phasen.
- Self-Service-Erlebnis: Du entwickelst Inhalte und Journeys speziell für unsere Self-Service-Kund:innen – damit sie sich informiert, aktiviert und betreut fühlen, ganz ohne manuelles Zutun.
- Webinare & Live-Kommunikation: Du konzipierst und verantwortest Webinare zu Produktupdates oder spezifischen Use Cases – mit dem Ziel, Adoption und Kundenbindung zu fördern. Du scheust dich nicht davor, auch selbst mal vor der Kamera zu stehen.
- Sales Enablement & interne Kommunikation: Du schlägst die Brücke zwischen Produkt, Customer Success und Vertrieb: Mit Customer Cases, Referenzen, Präsentationen, Battle Cards und Content hilfst du dem Sales- & CSM Team, Produktnutzen klar und überzeugend zu kommunizieren.
- Markt & Wettbewerb im Blick: Du analysierst & verstehst Markt-Trends, Wettbewerbende und Kundenbedürfnisse, um die Produkt-Marketing Strategie perfekt auszurichten. Deinen Kolleg:innen profitieren von deinen sauber aufbereiteten Reports, die stets up to date sind.
- Produkt-Mehrwert im Fokus: Du verstehst unser SaaS Produkt und seine Mehrwerte für unsere Kund:innen bis ins Detail. Du bist aktiv beteiligt bei der Konfiguration unsere Pläne und hast den perfekten Überblick über unsere Preise.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
Idealerweise bringst du folgende Qualifikationen mit:
- CRM-Verständnis trifft Produktgespür: Du hast mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produkt Marketing im B2B SaaS, kennst Customer Lifecycles und weißt, wie man Inhalte auf Nutzerbedürfnisse zuschneidet. Value-basierte Kommunikation ist dein Steckenpferd.
- Stark in Storytelling & Content-Erstellung: Du bringst Inhalte auf den Punkt – für Mails, Cases, Webinare oder Sales-Materialien. Dir fällt es leicht, komplexe technische Inhalte in zugängliche Sprache umzuwandeln. Du fühlst dich sowohl in der deutschen (C2) sowie in der englischen (mind. B2) sicher.
- Teamwork, starkes Projektmanagement & Kommunikation: Du hast deine Ziele und Projekte stets perfekt organisiert. In der Schnittstellenkommunikation zu anderen Teams und für die operative Umsetzung mit deinen Kolleg:innen hältst du nach und bist 100% accountable für deinen Bereich.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
