Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest eng und vertrauensvoll mit der Filialleitung zusammen, insbesondere unterstützt und vertrittst du die Filialleitung
- Du überwachst den Laden- bzw. Lagerbestand und bestellst Waren
- Du bist bei der Inventurorganisation und -durchführung sowie bei der Organisation des Geschäftsgeschehens beteiligt
- Du unterstützt bei der Personalführung, planst die Arbeitszeiten und erstellst Dienstpläne
- Du berätst Kund:innen und kümmerst dich um Dekoration und Warenpräsentation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Einzelhandel
- Du bringst Berufs-, bestenfalls Führungserfahrung mit
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du hast konversationsreife Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist freundlich und zuverlässig
