Junior Supply Chain Management Specialist (m/w/d)
Das Team bearbeitet die gesamte Supply Chain des Unternehmens über mehrere Länder und Kontinente hinweg, um den kontinuierlichen reibungslosen Materialfluss sicher zu stellen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Erstellung und Optimierung des Materialflusses, der Produktionsplanung und -prognosen.
- Du synchronisierst unsere Kundenbedarfsprognose mit der Lieferverfügbarkeit und den Produktionsplänen, um einen erreichbaren Absatzplan zu gewährleisten.
- Du interagierst täglich mit der internen und externen Fertigung hinsichtlich Materialbestellung und Lieferstatus, um die Lieferperformance zu steigern.
- Du managest proaktiv Abweichungen zwischen Lieferplänen (kurz-/mittelfristige Fertigwarenlieferpläne) und der tatsächlichen Lieferung und Kommunikation mit wichtigen Stakeholdern.
- Du erstellst Bestandsberichte, aktualisierst regelmäßig die Lagerbestände und übermittelst Warnhinweise bei kurzfristigen Bestandsengpässen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast 3–5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in Supply Chain Management, insbesondere in der Liefer- und Materialplanung sowie im Bestandsmanagement.
- Du hast einen Bachelor in Betriebswirtschaft (Logistik und Supply Chain Management) oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau).
- SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein MUSS, umfassende Kenntnisse des MRP-Prozesses sind unerlässlich.
- Produktionskenntnisse/-erfahrung im Elektronikbereich sind von Vorteil.
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen, Umsetzungsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
