Was erwartet dich?
- Unterstützung des Key Account Managements bei der Betreuung strategisch wichtiger Kunden (national und international)
- Pflege und Bearbeitung von Kundenportalen zur Sicherstellung aktueller Produkt- und Preisinformationen
- Eigenständige Koordination des Versandes von Produktmustern – zuverlässig und kundenorientiert
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Messen (ISM & ANUGA) um aktiv zu einem professionellen Marktauftritt beizutragen
- Pflege und Aktualisierung des Produktkatalogs in Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen
- Lösungsorientierte und professionelle Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, telefonisch sowie schriftlich, auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Erstellung und Pflege von Umsatzstatistiken, Kundendaten und logistikrelevanten Informationen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Büro-/Industriekaufmann oder Fachwirt bzw. betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Erste Erfahrungen im Vertriebsinnendienst, Sales Support oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, denken unternehmerisch und handeln lösungsorientiert
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark, serviceorientiert und haben ein souveränes Auftreten
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse hilfreich
- Sie haben Spaß daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
