Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Leitung der Praxis und kümmerst dich um alle Belange rund um das Personal
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Durchführung von Teamsitzungen und Mitarbeitergesprächen
- Die Budgetverantwortung und Finanzplanung liegen in deinen Händen.
- Du betreust Patientinnen und Patienten individuell nach neuesten physiotherapeutischen Methoden
- Du kontrollierst und optimierst das Rechnungswesen der Praxis
- Du erstellst regelmäßige Reports und analysierst die Performance durch das Controlling der KPIs
- Du kennst die Bedeutung von Netzwerken und baust aktiv Kontakte zu externen Ärztinnen und Ärzten auf
- Gemeinsam mit uns planst und organisierst du effektive Marketingkampagnen
- Du berichtest regelmäßig an die Geschäftsleitung und hältst sie über alle relevanten Entwicklungen auf dem Laufenden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Physiotherapeut/in
- Du bringst 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und die Übernahme von Verantwortung sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Führungs- und Organisationskompetenzen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
