Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst und überwachst eigenverantwortlich unsere Produktionsanlagen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im gesamten Herstellungsprozess.
- Du bist für die fachgerechte Bedienung und Einrichtung der automatischen Absack- und BigBag-Abfüllanlagen sowie für die Lose-Verladung zuständig.
- Du übernimmst das präzise Verwiegen von Mikrokomponenten sowie die Befüllung und Kontrolle der Rohstoffzellen, um unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen.
- Du nimmst lose Rohwaren an, führst erste Sichtkontrollen durch und dokumentierst den Wareneingang.
- Bei technischen Störungen leitest du erste Maßnahmen ein, meldest diese an die Instandhaltung und unterstützt bei der gemeinsamen Lösungsfindung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und bringst erste Berufserfahrung in der Produktion oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld mit.
- Mit deinem guten technischen Verständnis bedienst und überwachst du gerne Maschinen und Anlagen.
- Eine selbstständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und echter Teamgeist zeichnen dich aus.
- Die Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System passt gut in deinen Rhythmus und du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits einen Staplerschein – das ist aber kein Muss.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
