Was erwartet dich?
- Optimierung der bestehenden Packstoffe in Bezug Maschinengängigkeit
- Entwicklung, Optimierung und Umsetzung innovativer Verpackungslösungen insbesondere im Bezug auf Nachhaltigkeit
- Technische Betreuung beider Produktionsstandorte (Einstellung von Maschinen)
- Auswahl geeigneter Verpackungsmaterialien unter Berücksichtigung der eingesetzten Verpackungsmaschinen und -prozesse
- Erstellen von Spezifikationen für Verpackungsmaterial
- Durchführen von Stufen-Versuchen für die Einführung von neuen Verpackungsmaterialien
- Enger Kontakt zu Packstofflieferanten in Abstimmung mit dem Packstoffeinkauf
- Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik, Einkauf, Qualitätsabteilung, Marketing und Vertrieb
- Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Stellen innerhalb der Valeo Foods Group

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verpackungstechnik oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Verpackungsentwicklung
- Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Konsumgüterindustrie (bevorzugt in der Lebensmittelindustrie)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Verpackungsmaterialien, -prozessen und -maschinen
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (internationale Zusammenarbeit)
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Reisebereitschaft

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
