  • Du bist die Kontaktperson für unsere Gastgeber:innen in der Bodensee-Region
  • Du hilfst ihnen, ihre Ferienunterkünfte über unsere Plattform zu listen und berätst sie bei der Nutzung unseres Produkts
  • Du überprüfst und veröffentlichst im engen Austausch mit unseren Sales Manager:innen die neuen Inserate
  • Du verbesserst laufend die Performance deiner Gastgeber:innen, indem du vorhandene Daten analysierst und eine lösungsorientierte Strategie entwickelst
  • Du stehst Gastgeber:innen bei allen Fragen rund um Inserats-Optimierungen zur Seite, um ihnen viele Buchungen und einen hohen Umsatz zu generieren
  • Du arbeitest mit unserem Produkt- und Content-Team zusammen, damit ein reibungsloser Onboarding-Prozess sichergestellt ist
  • Du arbeitest intern mit weiteren DACH Account Manager:innen sowie den internationalen Account Manager:innen zusammen, um Wissenstransfer innerhalb der Account Manager Community zu gewährleisten
  • Du knüpfst enge Beziehungen mit unseren Key Accounts und trägst so zur Umsatzsteigerung bei
  • Du führst eigenverantwortlich Mail-Kampagnen durch und organisierst Gastgeber-Events, um ein Gastgeber:innen-Netzwerk aufzubauen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Du hast bereits ca. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung oder anderen kundenorientierten Rollen, Erfahrung aus der Tourismusbranche ist von Vorteil
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, in allen Situationen freundlich und ruhig zu bleiben
  • Du hast eine kundenorientierte, problemlösende Denkweise
  • Du begeisterst dich für neue Technologien und die Reisebranche

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
