Was erwartet dich?
- Du errichtest und sanierst Mauerwerk für Neu- und Umbauten und stellst sicher, dass jedes Projekt stabil und präzise umgesetzt wird.
- Du übernimmst Beton- und Stahlbetonarbeiten, vom Schalungsbau bis zum fachgerechten Gießen von Fundamenten und Decken.
- Du verputzt Wände sowie Decken und schließt Installationsschlitze, um eine perfekte Grundlage für die nachfolgenden Gewerke zu schaffen.
- Du unterstützt dein Team bei anfallenden Trockenbauarbeiten und führst kleinere Reparaturen an Fliesen durch, um unsere Projekte rundum abzuschließen.
- Du führst präzise Kernbohrungen durch und packst auch bei anderen anfallenden Aufgaben wie dem Winterdienst mit an, denn bei uns im Team hilft jeder jedem.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maurer, Betonbauer oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf im Hochbau.
- Zudem bringst du mindestens drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und sprichst sehr gut Deutsch (C1-Niveau).
- Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und dein ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick zeichnen dich aus.
- Als flexibler Teamplayer unterstützt du deine Kollegen bei Bedarf auch bei verwandten Aufgaben oder im Winterdienst.
