Wir betreuen Unternehmen im Bereich IT-Dienstleistungen und schaffen Lösungen für IT-Infrastruktur, Telekommunikation, IT-Security sowie Softwareentwicklung. Werde Teil unseres Teams als Account Manager IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud und IT-Security. Du fungierst als erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Bestandskunden, erfasst und analysierst deren Anforderungen und Wünsche und leitest daraus Maßnahmen zur Kundenbindung ab. Dein Ziel ist die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Kundenbeziehung durch persönliche Betreuung und individuelle Lösungsangebote. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem Consulting-Technik-Team und dem Marketingteam zusammen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst und betreust unsere Bestandskunden
- Du erfasst und analysierst Kundenanforderungen und -wünsche und leitest daraus Maßnahmen zur Kundenbindung ab
- Du entwickelst die Kundenbeziehung strategisch weiter durch persönliche Betreuung und individuelle Lösungsangebote für unsere Kunden
- Du erstellst Angebote und Verträge und arbeitest bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen mit
- Du überwachst die Auftragsabwicklung und den Projektfortschritt
- Du koordinierst dich mit internen Teams, um die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung vorzugsweise im IT-Bereich
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in IT-Serviceprozessen (von Vorteil aber keine Voraussetzung)
- Du hast Erfahrung im IT-Infrastrukturmanagement (Cloud- und Serverumfeld) und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Managed Services oder IT-Betriebsmodellen
- Du verfügst über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und arbeitest kundenorientiert und verantwortungsbewusst
- Du bist fähig, sowohl unabhängig als auch im Team zu arbeiten
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu kommunizieren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
