Pflegefachkraft für Altenpflege (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Behandlungspflege z.B. Wundversorgung und Medikamentenmanagement und führst einen kleinen Teil der Grundpflege durch
- Du koordinierst den Stationsablauf und leitest dabei 4 Pflegehelfer:innen an
- Du begleitest die Visiten unserer Ärzt:innen
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Dokumentationswesen, was beispielsweise die Erfassung der SIS, Medikationen und Visiteeinträge beinhaltet
- Du nimmst an Fallbesprechungen teil und führst Angehörigengespräche

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Pflege z.B. als Altenpfleger:in, Krankenpfleger:in oder hast die generalistische Pflegeausbildung
- Du bist herzlich willkommen als Berufseinsteiger, aber auch mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung, solang du eine Ausbildung in der Pflege absolviert hast
- Du bringst idealerweise Zusatzqualifikation wie z.B. Gerontofachkraft, Praxisanleiter:in oder Wundexpert:in, was aber kein Must Have ist
- Du zeigst Einfühlungsvermögen für die Belange der Bewohner:innen
- Du bist bereit, bei der Ausbildung von Nachwuchs im Pflegebereich mitzuwirken
- Du bist bereit, im Schichtdienst (mit Schichtzulagen) zu arbeiten
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
