- Du übernimmst die professionelle Vorbereitung von Fahrzeugen und Bauteilen, indem du Untergründe sorgfältig spachtelst, füllst und schleifst.
- Du trägst Lackschichten präzise auf und sorgst durch deine saubere Arbeit für ein perfektes Farbergebnis nach Kundenwunsch.
- Du führst eigenständig Finish-Arbeiten und Qualitätskontrollen durch, um ein makelloses Oberflächenergebnis ohne Staubeinschlüsse oder Lackläufer sicherzustellen.
- Du arbeitest eng im Team mit deinen Kolleg:innen zusammen und stimmst dich bei Bedarf mit der Werkstattleitung ab, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu garantieren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fahrzeuglackierer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Lackierung von Fahrzeugen mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist sorgfältig und eigenständig, denn du hast einen hohen Anspruch an deine Ergebnisse.
- Als zuverlässiger Teamplayer arbeitest du gerne Hand in Hand mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
