Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst Infrastrukturprojekte – von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung
- Du analysierst und behebst komplexe System- und Infrastrukturprobleme (3rd-Level-Support)
- Du administrierst und wartest die Netzwerkinfrastruktur
- Du bist verantwortlich für Virtualisierungslösungen (Hyper-V Cluster) und Storage-Infrastrukturen (Datacore SAN Symphony)
- Du pflegst und baust die Microsoft 365 Umgebung aus, inklusive Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365 Security (Defender, Compliance, etc.) und Microsoft 365 Services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Du betreust die Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops Umgebung (Citrix VAD) und Azure IaaS sowie Azure Virtual Desktop
- Du setzt Sicherheitskonzepte um und entwickelst die Sicherheitsarchitektur kontinuierlich weiter
- Du betreust und überwachst die CoLocation-Infrastruktur
- Du entwickelst bestehende Infrastrukturen weiter und implementierst neue Technologien
- Du dokumentierst die Systemlandschaft und Prozesse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in, ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einer Position mit entsprechendem Komplexitätsgrad (z.B. als IT-Systemadministrator:in, Netzwerkadministrator:in)
- Du hast Erfahrung in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Virtualisierung, Firewall oder Storage (insbesondere mit Citrix VAD, NetScaler, Datacore)
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerk- und Sicherheitsinfrastrukturen (z. B. SonicWall, SentinelOne) und fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Umgebungen (Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Du hast idealerweise Zertifizierungen im Bereich Microsoft, VMware oder vergleichbar (ein ausgewiesenes Expertenwissen wird natürlich auch ohne Zertifizierungen akzeptiert)
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration und Administration von Windows Servern und den damit zusammenhängenden Rollen und Diensten
- Du hast Spaß an neuen innovativen Technologien und eine unternehmens- und teamfokussierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast Interesse an permanenter Weiterbildung und einen Führerschein Klasse B
- Du bist hilfsbereit, hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Freude bei der Arbeit im Team
- Du trittst offen, freundlich und sympathisch auf
- Du bist eigenmotiviert, belastbar, flexibel und verantwortungsbewusst

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
