Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und steuerst die Ressourcen im Service-Team und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im First- und Second-Level-Support
- Du koordinierst das Tagesgeschäft und stellst sicher, dass Kundenanfragen effizient über das Ticketsystem bearbeitet werden
- Du analysierst Ticketdaten, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst unsere Serviceprozesse weiter
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen der Führungskraft und dem Team, welches du mit Engagement führst.
- Du planst Schulungen und förderst die Weiterentwicklung deiner Kollegen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Projektmanagement, Vertrieb und Technik zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Kundenservices sicherzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder ein Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. IT-Management
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Service Management mit Kenntnissen im Health-Care-Umfeld und in der IT-Infrastruktur von Arztpraxen
- Erfahrung mit Telematikinfrastruktur sowie ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Führungskompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und ausgeprägte Service-Mentalität

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
