Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unseren CHRO bei strategischen und operativen HR Maßnahmen in einer internationalen Konzern-Matrixorganisation
- Du führst eigenverantwortlich HR Projekte durch und baust unser HR Controlling auf
- Du optimierst HR Prozesse, z.B. durch Digitalisierung und Automatisierung
- Du arbeitest bei der rechtlichen, technischen und kulturellen Integration unseres spanischen Mutterkonzerns mit
- Du wirkst im HR Tagesgeschäft mit und unterstützt bzw. vertrittst die HR Teammitglieder in anderen Themenbereichen, z.B. Mitarbeiter- und Führungskräftebetreuung, Payroll etc.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 3-5 Jahre generalistische HR Erfahrung mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit HR / IT Systemen (Erste Erfahrungen mit Personio und SAP sind wünschenswert, aber kein Muss)
- Du gehst strukturiert und prozessorientiert an Aufgaben heran, mit hoher Problemlösungskompetenz und dem Blick für das Wesentliche
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, Veränderungsprozesse zu initiieren und zu begleiten
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
