Ihr Aufgabenbereich
- Krisenberatung
Sie beraten und begleiten regionale sowie überregionale Unternehmen in wirtschaftlichen Krisensituationen – von der Erstansprache bis zur strukturierten Entscheidungsfindung. - Insolvenzverfahren
Sie übernehmen die rechtliche und strategische Vorbereitung von Insolvenzanträgen, insbesondere für Schutzschirm- und Eigenverwaltungsverfahren sowie für Regelinsolvenzverfahren. - Eigenverwaltung
Sie beraten Unternehmen während des gesamten Eigenverwaltungsverfahrens, einschließlich der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Insolvenzplänen sowie der Begleitung von Sanierungskonzepten. - Transaktionen & Teamarbeit
Sie arbeiten in interdisziplinären Teams aus Rechtsanwälten, Kaufleuten und Wirtschaftsjuristen zusammen und wirken bei der Ausarbeitung von Unternehmenskaufverträgen mit.

Sie verfügen über mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Insolvenzrecht, idealerweise in einer auf Insolvenzverwaltung spezialisierten Rechtsanwaltskanzlei. - Souveränität im Mandantenkontakt
Sie begegnen Mandanten auch in wirtschaftlich und persönlich herausfordernden Situationen souverän, verbindlich und lösungsorientiert. - Klare und strukturierte Kommunikation

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
