Was erwartet dich?
- User Experience gestalten: Du entwickelst Informationsarchitekturen, Userflows, Wireframes und Prototypen – von komplexen Anwendungen bis zu smarten Micro-Interactions.
- Von Interviews bis Usability-Tests: Du konzipierst und begleitest Research-Formate, analysierst die Ergebnisse und übersetzt sie in klare Handlungsempfehlungen für alle Stakeholder.
- UX in Bewegung: Du analysierst Nutzerinteraktionen und Feedback und entwickelst bestehende User Journeys, Interaktionen und Funktionalitäten auf Basis von Nutzungsdaten und Erkenntnissen gezielt weiter.
- UX-Prozesse operationalisieren: Du definierst Methoden, Standards und Workflows und etablierst diese unternehmensweit.
- Design-Systeme aufbauen: Du konzipierst und entwickelst UI-Kits, Pattern Libraries und Guidelines – mit dem Ziel, eine konsistente User Experience entlang aller Touchpoints in der Customer Journey zu gestalten.
- Kollaboration mit dem Produktmanagement: Gemeinsam übersetzt ihr die Nutzerbedürfnisse in konkrete Anforderungen an die Roadmap und priorisiert auf Bais strategischer Ziele.
- UX-Kompetenz fördern: Du stärkst das UX-Verständnis durch Workshops, Coaching und interne Guidelines.

Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich UX/UI-Design, Human-Computer-Interaction oder in verwandten Disziplinen – z.B. Wirtschaftspsychologie, Produkt- oder Medienkommunikation, Intermediales Design oder Creative Direction.
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption digitaler Produkte und Services.
- Beherrschung gängiger Design-Tools (z.B. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Methodenkompetenz (z.B. Design Sprints, Lean UX, Design Thinking, User Research & Usability-Testing, Analytisches & Synthetisches Denken, Workshop-Moderation)
- Change-Management-Kompetenz kombiniert mit Präsentationsstärke, sicherem Stakeholder-Management sowie hoher Eigeninitiative und strukturierter Problemlösungsfähigkeit.
- Fähigkeit zur Aufbereitung komplexer Anforderungen in greifbare Lösungen – mit Kommunikationsstärke und einem strukturierten, weitsichtigen Arbeitsstil.
- Sprachlich fit: Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
