Als Technical Specialist verantwortest du Rollouts, Installationen und Wartung unserer Systeme – und bist erster Ansprechpartner für Techniklösungen.
Was wir von Dir erwarten:
- Du fungierst als Geräteverantwortlicher, Servicetechniker und Lösungsspezialist in einem
- Du bist verantwortlich für den technischen Rollout unserer Systeme – von der Vorbereitung über die Auslieferung bis zum Aufbau/ Inbetriebnahme vor Ort (internationale Projekte)
- Du führst technische Installationen durch, konfigurierst Geräte und sorgst für deren reibungslosen Betrieb
- Du übernimmst Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsaufgaben an unseren Systemen – sowohl remote als auch vor Ort
- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für Lieferanten, Logistikpartner und externe Techniker
- Du prüfst Warenein- und -ausgänge, führst Inventuren durch und sorgst für Ordnung im Techniklager
- Du unterstützt das Team bei hausmeisterähnlichen Aufgaben rund um unsere technischen Systeme und Arbeitsplätze
- Du bringst Deine Ideen in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios ein.

Dein Profil:
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder technisches Studium (z. B. IT-Systemelektroniker*in, Fachinformatiker*in, Mechatroniker*in, Systemtechnik o. ä.)
- Du hast Erfahrung im technischen Außendienst, Rollout oder Support. Technische Kenntnisse in Computer Hardware, Sensorik und Mikroelektronik sind von Vorteil
- Du hast handwerkliches Geschick und Freude an praktischer Arbeit
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturierte und eigenverantwortlich
- Du bist lernwillig, arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst eine starke Problemlösungsfähigkeit mit
- Du hast ein Auge für Details und kannst auch unter Druck effizient und effektiv arbeiten
- Du bringst eine gewisse internationale Reisebereitschaft mit (ca. 25%)
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
