Was erwartet dich?
- Gesamtverantwortung für Bau- und Projektmanagement in Großprojekten (>10 Mio. € Bauvolumen)
- Steuerung und Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten (Planer, Bauherr, Behörden, Fachingenieure, Nachunternehmer)
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten in allen Projektphasen
- Verhandlungen mit Auftraggebern, Planungsbeteiligten und Nachunternehmern
- Aufbau, Führung und Motivation von Projektteams
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Methoden wie Lean-Management & digitale Projektsteuerung
- Unterstützung bei der Akquise und beim Ausbau unserer Geschäftsfelder

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder Baumanagement
- Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bau- und Projektmanagement, idealerweise in leitender Funktion
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bauvertragsrecht (VOB/B, HOAI) und Projektsteuerung
- Führungskompetenz, Verhandlungsgeschick & sicheres Auftreten
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsstärke & Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Großprojekten
- Interesse an Nachhaltigkeit, Digitalisierung & neuen Methoden im Projektmanagement

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
