Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Fachplanung und Auslegung der Gebäudeautomation (MSR-Technik) gemäß den Leistungsphasen der HOAI und der VDI 3814.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle steuern Sie die technische Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Architekten und ausführenden Firmen, um einen reibungslosen Projektablauf zu sichern.
- Sie erstellen Leistungsverzeichnisse und sind für die präzise Kostenermittlung sowie die Einhaltung der Projekttermine verantwortlich.
- Sie begleiten die Realisierung Ihrer Projekte vor Ort auf der Baustelle, überwachen die Qualität der Ausführung und agieren als kompetenter Ansprechpartner bei technischen Fragen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, eine Meister- oder Technikerausbildung im Bereich der Gebäude- oder Versorgungstechnik.
- Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrung in der Fachplanung mit und sind idealerweise mit den Normen HOAI und VDI 3814 vertraut.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und strukturiert, wobei Sie gerne Verantwortung für Ihre Projekte übernehmen.
- Als kommunikative Persönlichkeit schätzen Sie den Austausch im Team sowie mit Auftraggebern und Planungspartnern.
- Für die Abstimmung vor Ort bringen Sie eine gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands mit.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, um einen reibungslosen Projektablauf zu gewährleisten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
