Die Finanzbuchhaltung ist ein zentraler Bestandteil des Rechnungswesens eines Unternehmens und befasst sich mit der systematischen Erfassung, Überwachung und Auswertung aller finanziellen Transaktionen. Ihr Hauptziel ist es, einen Überblick über die finanzielle Lage und die Geschäftstätigkeit des Unternehmens zu geben. Die Finanzbuchhaltung erstellt Jahresabschlüsse, bestehend aus der Bilanz, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und gegebenenfalls weiteren Berichten. Sie liefert wichtige Informationen für interne und externe Interessengruppen, wie z.B. Management, Investoren, Gläubiger und Aufsichtsbehörden. Dabei folgt sie gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Standards, um die Transparenz und Vergleichbarkeit der Finanzinformationen sicherzustellen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Bearbeitung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle, einschließlich Einnahmen, Ausgaben, Bankgeschäfte, Kassenführung und Rechnungsmanagement
- Verantwortung für die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Management offener Posten sowie Durchführung des Mahnwesens
- Verwaltung der Anlagebuchhaltung und Durchführung von Abschreibungen
- Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Durchführung von Auswertungen zur Unterstützung des Controllings

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
