- Du planst, organisierst und setzt alle Events eigenständig um – von Messen über Kund:innenveranstaltungen bis hin zu eigenen Eventformaten
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Event-Kommunikation: Mailings, Landingpages und Follow-up-Aktionen – immer mit Blick auf Timings und Kampagnenziele

- Du wählst Dienstleister, Lieferanten und Locations aus und steuerst diese

- Du erstellst und bereitest B2B-Inhalte wie Blogartikel, Whitepaper, Pressemitteilungen und Advertorials auf
- Du hast ein sicheres Sprachgefühl und Verständnis für Zielgruppen und entwickelst relevante Themen für unsere SaaS-Kund:innen gemeinsam mit internen Expert:innen
- Du pflegst redaktionell Blogs und E-Mail-Kampagnen
- Du wählst, pflegst und betreust passende PR-Formate und Kommunikationskanäle
- Du koordinierst interne Projekte über verschiedene Fachbereiche hinweg (z. B. Events, Kampagnen, Whitepaper)
- Du steuerst externe Projekte mit Agenturen und Dienstleistern (z. B. Mailings, Studien, Webinare)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Eventmanagement – von der eigenständigen Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung, inklusive sicherem Umgang mit Timing, Logistik und Teilnehmermanagement
- Du hast Praxiserfahrung in der Content-Erstellung für Blogs, Whitepaper oder ähnliche Formate – idealerweise im B2B-Bereich
- Du gehst sicher mit digitalen Tools um, kombiniert mit hoher Organisationsstärke und einem guten Gespür für relevante Themen und Inhalte
- Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams und Schnittstellen
- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit Software Tools wie Google Suite, ClickUp, Slack
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig mit einem klaren Blick für Deadlines – gepaart mit Kreativität und Neugier

Can I process my application afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.
How do I get news about my application?
In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Can other companies see where else I have applied?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
