Arbeitsvorbereiter im Maschinenbau (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und pflegst Baugruppen sowie neue Baukästen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement
- Du übernimmst und pflegst Serien- und Standardanlagen sowie Sonderbauten, führst Datenpflege durch und erledigst nachträgliche Arbeiten an Betriebsaufträgen im ERP-System Ordat
- Du unterstützt bei Fehlteilen und der Suche nach Alternativen und bearbeitest Variantenschlüssel- und Spezifikationsänderungen
- Du überprüfst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen wie Fließbilder, Bedarfslisten und Konstruktionen
- Du bist technische:r Ansprechpartner:in für verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche wie Fertigung, Einkauf, Vertrieb, Konstruktion und Fertigungssteuerung
- Du begleitest die Neueinführung von Produktserien und Produktentwicklungen und erstellst Umbau- und Reparaturaufträge sowie die Aussteuerung bestimmter Artikel- und Sachnummern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung oder einer ähnlichen Position im Maschinenbau und in der Planung und Steuerung von Produktionsprozessen
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Maschinenbau und in der Fertigungstechnik
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen
- Du verstehst technische Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen
- Du bist fähig zur Analyse und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
- Du kannst mit verschiedenen Abteilungen wie Fertigung, Einkauf und Konstruktion zusammenarbeiten und bist fähig zur Priorisierung und Organisation von Aufgaben
- Du bist bereit, dich an wechselnde Anforderungen und Bedingungen anzupassen sowie zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und Anpassung an neue Technologien und Methoden

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
