Als Qualitätsmanager (m/w/d) bei der KLINGER GmbH übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards. Du entwickelst und überwachst Qualitätssicherungsprozesse, führst interne Audits durch und begleitest externe Zertifizierungen. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit der Produktion, dem Einkauf sowie der Entwicklung zusammen, um Abläufe zu optimieren und Reklamationen nachhaltig zu vermeiden. Mit Deinem analytischen Blick trägst Du dazu bei, dass unsere Produkte den Anforderungen unserer internationalen Kunden entsprechen und KLINGER auch in Zukunft als führender Partner für Dichtungstechnik wahrgenommen wird.
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du betreust und entwickelst das bestehende QM-System nach ISO 9001 weiter
- Du sorgst für die Qualitätssicherung und stellst die Erfüllung der Qualitätsanforderungen entlang der Lieferkette sicher
- Du führst interne und externe Audits durch und unterstützt bei Zertifizierungen
- Du stellst die Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Richtlinien sicher
- Du führst qualitätsbezogene Messungen durch und erstellst Reports mit Fokus auf die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse
- Du bearbeitest Kundenreklamationen und erstellst die notwendigen Reports
- Du bearbeitest Nachhaltigkeits- und Compliance-Fragebögen von Kunden
- Du baust das ESG-Reporting an die Konzernholding auf und pflegst es
- Du integrierst ESG-Anforderungen in die Qualitätsprozesse
- Du unterstützt bei Arbeitssicherheit und Compliance

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Produktionstechnik)
- Du bringst Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Methoden (ISO 9001, PPAP, 8D, …) mit
- Idealerweise hast Du Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement in der Automobilindustrie
- Erfahrung im Bereich ESG und/oder Compliance ist von Vorteil
- Du bist mit gesetzlichen Vorgaben zur Arbeitssicherheit vertraut
- Du zeichnest Dich durch analytisches Denkvermögen, Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on-Mentalität aus
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Du bist zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen bereit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
