Senior Experte für Tarifprojekte und eTicketing im ÖPNV (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust fachlich und entwickelst Tarif- und E-Ticket-Projekte (VDV-KA / UIC) weiter
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich, externem Entwicklerteam und Beratungsunternehmen
- Du erstellst Präsentationen, Benutzerhandbücher und Schulungsunterlagen für die Softwarelösungen des Unternehmens
- Du unterstützt bei der Abwicklung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten, einschließlich Anforderungsmanagement, Test und Abnahme
- Du übernimmst die Qualitätssicherung der Softwarelösungen sowie die Koordinierung des Second Level Support
- Du leistest First Level Support für Anwender und berätst externe Kunden in fachlichen und tariflichen Fragestellungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Verkehrswirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
- Du bringst mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im ÖPNV- oder Tarifumfeld mit
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in Tarifdaten und VDV-KA, eTicketing und den UIC-Standards des internationalen Eisenbahnverbandes
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-/Beratungsunternehmen und Projektteams
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert, sodass keine lange Einarbeitung erforderlich ist
- Du bist kommunikations- und abstimmungsstark, auch in komplexen Projektsituationen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
