Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und begleitest die Einbindung von ASV-BHKW in bestehende und neue Heizungsanlagen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Prüfung der hydraulischen Einbindung von Blockheizkraftwerken und achtest auf die Einhaltung technischer Standards
- Du übernimmst den technischen Support für Kunden und Kundinnen sowie Servicetechniker und beantwortest deren Anliegen über verschiedene Kommunikationswege sowie die allgemeine Planung
- Du unterstützt bei der Koordination von Serviceeinsätzen und sorgst für eine strukturierte Organisation
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und der Dokumentation von Abläufen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich SHK, inkl. Weiterbildung zum Installateur- und Heizungsbaumeister
- Du hast bereits zwei bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Installateur- und Heizungsbaumeister gesammelt
- Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und besitzt eine hohe Eigenmotivation
- Du zeichnest dich durch Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke aus
- Du bringst gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
