Entwicklungsteamleiter für Wand und Boden (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest das Entwicklungsteam Wand & Boden
- Du führst Entwicklungsprojekte von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung durch
- Du gestaltest das Produktportfolio in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und Produktion und entwickelst bestehende Lösungen weiter (global und lokal)
- Du arbeitest mit Anwendungstechnik, Marketing, Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und Vertrieb zusammen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die technischen und gesetzlichen Zulassungen für Bauklebstoffe und wirkst in technischen Gremien einschlägiger Verbände (bspw. IVK) mit
- Du transferierst Entwicklungsprodukte in die Produktion (Scale-Up) und unterstützt Produktion, Anwendungstechnik, Marketing und Vertrieb

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Chemie, Werkstoffwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Forschung & Entwicklung von Kleb- und Dichtstoffen
- Du hast Führungserfahrung oder ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in polymeren Bindemittelsystemen, Additiven und Applikationstechnologien
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und hast eine hohe Innovationskraft
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamfähig, denkst unternehmerisch und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
