- Du betreust anspruchsvolle SHK-Projekte in Bestandsgebäuden – deutlich mehr als nur der klassische Heizungstausch.
- Du berätst unsere Kunden persönlich vor Ort oder am Telefon – kompetent, ehrlich und lösungsorientiert.
- Du erstellst Angebote und begleitest Deine Projekte von der Planung über die Termin- und Einsatzkoordination bis hin zur Materialbeschaffung und Abrechnung.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Bestandskunden zusammen – keine Kaltakquise.
- Du führst ein eigenes Team aus Monteuren und Auszubildenden – und sorgst für Qualität, Motivation und reibungslose Abläufe.
- Du bringst frische Ideen in die Optimierung von Abläufen und Prozessen ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene SHK-technische Ausbildung (z. B. SHK-Meister:in, SHK-Techniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation)
- Du hast bereits ca. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich SHK
- Du konntest zudem 2 Jahre in der Kundenberatung und Projektierung arbeiten
- Du hast erste Führungserfahrung und eine eigenständige, verantwortungsvolle und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du zeigst Engagement und Teamfähigkeit, um dich nahtlos in unser motiviertes Team einzufügen
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B oder höher
- Du bringst einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) sowie die Bereitschaft, dich in neue Softwarelösungen einzuarbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
