Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst, führst, kalkulierst und überwachst eigenverantwortlich alle Bauprojekte in der Ausführungsphase unter Berücksichtigung und Einhaltung terminlicher, wirtschaftlicher und qualitativer Vorgaben
- Du hältst vertragliche, technische und rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen ein
- Du beauftragst, koordinierst und beurteilst die Nachunternehmer
- Du bist die Ansprechperson für Kund:innen, Auftraggebende, Nachunternehmer und alle am Bau beteiligten Unternehmen
- Du baust nachhaltige Geschäftsbeziehungen auf und pflegst diese

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Projekt- oder Bauleitung
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel)
- Du arbeitest engagiert, verantwortungsbewusst und selbständig
- Du verfügst über Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
- Du denkst und handelst unternehmerisch und arbeitest ergebnisorientiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
