Was erwartet Dich?
- Du führst die fachgerechte Montage von Fenstern, Türen und anderen Bauteilen direkt vor Ort bei Kund:innen durch
- Du übernimmst Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten
- Du führst Qualitätsprüfungen zwischen den einzelnen Arbeitsschritten durch und schließt die Arbeiten mit den Endkund:innen ab
- Du dokumentierst die Tageseinsätze schriftlich
- Du trägst die fachliche Verantwortung für ein Team mit zwei Mitarbeitenden und einem Auszubildenden

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Metall-, Glas- oder Fensterbau oder kannst Berufserfahrung als Fenstermonteur (m/w/d) vorweisen
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in dem genannten Berufsfeld
- Du besitzt handwerkliches Geschick und arbeitest gewissenhaft sowie sorgfältig
- Du hast Freude an der Teamarbeit und begeisterst dich für neue Herausforderungen
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du trittst freundlich auf und zeigst eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, idealerweise auch der Klasse BE

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
