Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst komplexe Applikationslandschaften mit eXplain
- Du identifizierst und präsentierst Optimierungspotenziale in Bereichen wie Codequalität, Dead Code und Strukturen
- Du moderierst und führst Workshops mit Kund:innen und Projektteams durch
- Du berätst von der Strategie bis zur Mitarbeit in der technischen Umsetzung
- Du begleitest Change-Management-Prozesse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Mainframe-Beratungs- und Projektumfeld
- Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Mainframe-Architekturen und Anwendungen
- Du hast Erfahrung mit agiler Arbeitsweise und Tools
- Du kennst dich mit Entwicklungstools wie GIT, GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD und Jenkins aus
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Betriebssystemen wie z/OS und Datenbanken wie DB2 und PostgreSQL
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Mainframe-Produkten wie IMS, MQ und CICS und optional Programmierung in COBOL, Assembler oder Java
