Du entwickelst Projekte und akquirierst von der Erstberatung bis zur Beauftragung
Du analysierst Angebotsanforderungen und entwickelst wirtschaftliche Lösungen für Ausschreibungen und Leistungsverzeichnisse
Du steuerst die Kalkulation und Kostenplanung unter Einbindung unseres Kalkulations- und Zeichenteams

Du koordinierst und steuerst die technischen Aspekte der Projekte bis zur Übergabe an die Bauleitung und stimmst dich mit Architekt:innen, Auftraggeber:innen und internen Abteilungen für reibungslose Abläufe
Du bist verantwortlich für die Nachkalkulation und optimierst Projektkennzahlen gemeinsam mit dem Team
Du bist Projektansprechperson für die Geschäftsführung und die technische Leitung
