In dieser Position sorgen Sie für den reibungslosen und sicheren Betrieb sowie die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur an Standorten in Deutschland und der Schweiz (auch via Fernwartung). Dabei stehen Sie unseren Mitarbeitenden als kompetenter Ansprechpartner zur Seite.
Was erwartet dich?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Systemadministration und -wartung underer Mitarbeitenden: Verwaltung von Servern (Windows Server) und Client-Systemen (Windows), einschließlich der Virtualisierung (VMware ESXi), Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Einweisung der Mitarbeiter, Gruppenrichtlinien und Zugriffsrechten (Active Directory), Updates und Patch-Management sowie Umsetzung von Backup- und Notfallkonzepten
- Sie übernehmen das Netzwerkmanagement: LAN, WLAN, VPN, Firewalls, Switches, Router
- Sie bieten IT-Support und User-Betreuung: 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Mitarbeitende, Ticketbearbeitung, Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung, Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen, Schulung der Nutzer und Erstellung von IT-Dokumentationen
- Sie setzen die IT-Sicherheit um und verwalten Lizenzen sowie führen Risikoanalysen durch
- Sie arbeiten an IT-Projekten mit, optimieren und erweitern die Infrastruktur und fungieren als Schnittstelle zu unserem externen IT-Dienstleister

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Aufgabengebiet im Soft- und Hardware-Umfeld
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit Windows-Servern sowie -Clients und Netzwerktechnologien, Virtualisierung
- Sie sind vertraut mit Sicherungen und der Sophos-Infrastruktur
- Sie verfügen über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau
- Sie sind bereit, gelegentlich eine mehrtägige Dienstreise an unseren anderen Standort zu unternehmen (Wolfenbüttel bzw. Kollmar)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
