Was erwartet Dich?

Du leitest ein Team von IT-Spezialist:innen im Bereich 1st- 2nd und 3rd Level Support, Projekte und Wartung und bist verantwortlich für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Personalplanung, inklusive der Auswahl und Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeitender, mit dem Ziel, ein starkes, motiviertes und leistungsfähiges Team aufzubauen und zu führen
Du förderst die berufliche Weiterentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder und Auszubildenden durch regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche, Schulungen und individuelle Entwicklungspläne
Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft sicher, wie z. B. im Support- und Service-Management, und unterstützt bei der Ressourcenplanung und Priorisierung von Aufgaben
Du überwachst und berichtest über KPIs und verbesserst kontinuierlich die Prozesse

Was solltest Du mitbringen?

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastrukturen, Netzwerken und modernen Technologien
Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, z. B. nach Scrum, ITIL oder vergleichbar
Du zeichnest dich durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein souveränes Auftreten aus
Du bist ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest lösungsorientiert und strukturiert, mit Spaß an der Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung von Teams

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
