Was erwartet dich?
- Du extrapolierst den zukünftigen Materialbedarf fortlaufend anhand des Auftragseingangs und bereitest (Nach-) Bestellungen vor
- Du aktualisierst stetig die Materialverfügbarkeit aus noch offenen Aufträgen bei Lieferant:innen
- Du stimmst die geplanten Montagetermine der Montagepartner:innen ab und aktualisierst diese
- Du stellst die Materialbereitstellung gemäß Terminplanung der Partner:innen sicher
- Du wirkst bei der Koordination der Vergabe von Montageaufträgen in Abhängigkeit des benötigten Materials oder sonstiger spezifischer Umstände mit
- Du stellst die Vollständigkeit der Montage- und Anlagendokumentation nach Abschluss der einzelnen Bauphasen sicher und wirkst aktiv bei der Implementierung von ERP-, CRM- sowie kaufmännischer Software mit ausdrücklichem Vorschlagsrecht mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Abschluss als Bachelor (TU, FH, BA) in Maschinenbau, E-Technik, Verfahrenstechnik oder als Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d)
- Du besitzt einen KfZ-Führerschein für PKW

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
