Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest eigenverantwortlich Kundenprojekte im Bereich Industriearmaturen – von der Angebotsphase bis zur Auslieferung
- Du steuerst und koordinierst alle projektbezogenen Aktivitäten, inklusive technischer Klärung und kaufmännischer Bewertung
- Du betreust und berätst Kund:innen hinsichtlich individueller Produktanpassungen und maßgeschneiderter Lösungen
- Du stellst die vereinbarten Termine und Budgets der Projekte sicher
- Du orchestrierst die involvierten Abteilungen (Vertrieb, Entwicklung, Produktion, Qualitätssicherung, Einkauf etc.)
- Du kommunizierst mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs
- Du erstellst Angebote und unterstützt die Arbeitsvorbereitung bei der Kalkulation und Verhandlungsführung
- Du identifizierst und setzt Optimierungspotenziale in der Projektabwicklung um

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o. Ä.) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung, idealerweise im Maschinenbau oder in der Ventiltechnik
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit kundenspezifischen Spezifikationen, Produktanpassungen und Sonderlösungen
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen mit
- Du hast eine positive Ausstrahlung und Energie sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und hast ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Projektmanagement-Tools und verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
