Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und steuerst eigenverantwortlich Bauprojekte bis zur Abnahme
- Du koordinierst und überwachst die einzelnen Bauphasen - hauptsächlich in den Leistungsphasen 5-8
- Du koordinierst die einzelnen Baugewerke, sorgst für die Einhaltung des Bauzeitenplans und löst Probleme, die während der Bauausführung auftreten
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle Sicherheitsvorschriften eingehalten werden, und kontrollierst die Qualität der ausgeführten Arbeiten
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Termin- und Kostenanforderungen sicher
- Du bist die Ansprechperson für Auftraggeber, Architekt:innen und Behörden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Abschluss als Dipl.-Ing. / Master / Bachelor in der Landschaftsarchitektur
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung mit
- Du hast Freude an der Planung, bautechnische Kompetenz und Sicherheit in der Planungsumsetzung
- Du beherrschst den Umgang mit CAD (AutoCAD oder ArchiCAD) und LV Erstellung- und Abrechnungsprogrammen (ORCA AVA o.gl.)
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit BIM und AVA-Programmen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift (verhandlungssicher, C1)
- Du bist kommunikativ und bereit, mit anderen Planungspartner:innen zusammenzuarbeiten
- Du hast Lust, dich im Team einzubringen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
