legen wir bei unserer Arbeit auf das Regenwassermanagement, dessen Konzepte wir
komplett im eigenen Hause entwickeln.
In deiner Rolle wirst du nach einer Einarbeitungszeit schwerpunktmäßig in den Leistungsphasen 5 bis 8 arbeiten.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und koordinierst eigenständig Projekte - schwerpunktmäßig den Leistungsphasen 5–8 (HOAI)
- Du überwachst den gesamten Projektverlauf und stellst die Einhaltung der Projektziele sicher
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für das Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätsmanagement
- Du koordinierst die internen und externen Projektbeteiligten in den Projektphasen
- Du bist die Ansprechperson für Bauherren, Behörden und Fachplaner
- Du führst und entwickelst Projektteams weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Abschluss als Dipl.-Ing. / Master / Bachelor in der Landschaftsarchitektur oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du bringst mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung mit
- Du hast Freude an der Planung, bautechnische Kompetenz und Sicherheit in der Planungsumsetzung
- Du beherrschst den Umgang mit CAD (AutoCAD oder ArchiCAD) und Bildbearbeitungsprogrammen (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit BIM und AVA-Programmen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift (verhandlungssicher, C1)
- Du bist kommunikativ und bereit, mit anderen Planungspartner:innen zusammenzuarbeiten
- Du hast Lust, dich im Team einzubringen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
