Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die vollumfängliche Leitung elektrotechnischer Bauprojekte – von der Kalkulation und Planung über die Ausführung bis zur finalen Abnahme mit dem Kunden.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung Deines Projektteams und koordinierst den Einsatz von externen Dienstleistern und Fremdfirmen auf der Baustelle.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsvorgaben sicher und steuerst bei Abweichungen proaktiv gegen, um den Projekterfolg zu garantieren.
- Als zentraler technischer Ansprechpartner entwickelst Du Lösungen für komplexe Herausforderungen und steuerst die Fehleranalyse sowie Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen.
- Du verantwortest die technische Auslegung von Anlagenkomponenten und gewährleistest konsequent die Einhaltung aller Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Fachabschluss in Elektrotechnik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit.
- Du konntest bereits erste Führungserfahrung sammeln und verstehst es, dein Team fair und zielorientiert zu leiten.
- Dich zeichnen eine selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein aus.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark im Umgang mit Kunden, sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1) und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Du bist teamfähig, flexibel und bringst die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Montage- und Reisetätigkeiten mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
