Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreibst wertorientiertes Anforderungsmanagement, indem du gemeinsam mit dem Product Manager Kundenanforderungen sammelst, priorisierst und bewertest, mit Fokus auf Endnutzerbedürfnisse
- Du übersetzt die Produktvision in wertvolle, umsetzbare Backlog-Einträge, pflegst das Backlog kontinuierlich und priorisierst nach Geschäftswert und Stakeholder-Bedürfnissen
- Du erstellst, pflegst und passt die operative Roadmap in enger Abstimmung mit dem Product Manager an
- Du bist aktiver Teil des Entwicklungsteams, beantwortest Fragen und befähigst das Team zu eigenständigen, wertorientierten Entscheidungen
- Du schützt den Fokus, indem du Anforderungen mit geringem Wert bewusst ablehnst und überprüfst regelmäßig, ob die Umsetzung echten Mehrwert für Kund:innen und Unternehmen schafft
- Du kommunizierst transparent mit Stakeholdern, stimmst Produktstrategie und Fortschritt ab und bist zentrale Schnittstelle zum Entwicklungsteam

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung als Product Owner (m/w/d), idealerweise im DMS-Softwareumfeld
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis agiler Methoden, wie z.B. Scrum
- Du kommst aus der Region Kassel oder bist umzugsbereit, um 3-4 Tage pro Woche vor Ort zu arbeiten
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung und den Mut zum „NEIN“-Sagen
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management
- Du legst den Fokus auf Wertschöpfung und Nutzerbedürfnisse, verbunden mit technischem Grundverständnis
- Du arbeitest proaktiv, eigenverantwortlich und teamorientiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
