Was erwartet Dich?
- Du fertigst individuelle Möbelstücke und Bauelemente nach Kundenwunsch in unserer Werkstatt – vom Rohzuschnitt bis zur finalen Oberflächenbehandlung.
- Dabei bedienst Du professionell unsere Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen und setzt Dein Auge für Qualität und Design bei jedem Arbeitsschritt ein.
- Du übernimmst die fachgerechte und saubere Montage der Möbel und Bauelemente direkt bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Team planst Du Deine Projekte, arbeitest selbstständig und bringst eigene kreative Lösungen ein.
- Du führst eigenverantwortlich Qualitätskontrollen durch und stellst sicher, dass jedes Werkstück unseren hohen Standards entspricht.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tischler (m/w/d) – egal ob du frisch ausgelernt bist oder bereits Berufserfahrung mitbringst.
- Handwerkliches Geschick, ein gutes Auge für Qualität und die Fähigkeit, Pläne präzise umzusetzen, zeichnen dich aus.
- Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und strukturiert, behältst aber immer das gemeinsame Teamziel im Blick.
- Im Umgang mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen überzeugst du durch deine offene und kommunikative Art.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, idealerweise sogar BE.
- Für die tägliche Abstimmung im Team und mit Kund:innen sprichst du gut Deutsch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
